Hi Debby--

Outlook What Version on Vista? Have you gone to Help>Office Diagnostics
and ran that to see if it fixes things?

Are you getting any error message on your desktop? If not are you getting
any Outlook errors in Event Viewer?

Type event viewer in search above Start>click it>expand Windows Logs on
left>Applications>down arrow to any Outlook errors.

If these don't help, I'd download and install the Windows Installer Cleanup
Utility>Highlight all Office Whatever your version related items>delete
them>then uninstall Office from Add/Remove and reinstall.

WICU gets corrupt reg strings, .dlls, and files out of the way of the
uninstall and future install path and is used a lot by the Office setup team
to get clean uninstalls and installs.

Good luck,

CH

Woops! If you need to uninstall/reinstall, here's the link for WICU I
forgot to included Debby--Scroll to the bottom for the link to quick
install. It's a simple box and you want to search carefully on the list for
every item connected with Office. There will be several Highlight them one
at a time and press delete. This again gets clutter out of the way. It
does not replace uninstalling from Add/Remove, but think of it as getting
stuff out of your entrance hall if you have company over:

WICU Download at Bottom

Good luck,

KDE

the problem is IE7 in vista and Outlook Web Access have some issues.
there is a patch available for your system admin to apply to your exchange
server to make it Vista friendly. If that doesn't work, do what others have
done... Install and use firefox
