Vista and Second Life

Bobby

I'm running SL on my Vista PC and it works OK with the occasional crash. Is
this normal? There doesn't seem to be a version explicitly for Vista but the
SL website claims that it should run under Vista.

Is anyone else using Vista and SL and, if so, are they working OK?

BTW are there any settings to improve the speed of SL on my PC? It runs very
slow with bad lag at times.

Cheers.

I tried Second Life about a month ago, but on Windows XP, but I was
wondering if you liked SL. I tried it, and all you could do is move around,
talk to people, but to do anything worth while (I don't know what that is),
you have to pony up your credit card. That is when I said Asta-La-Vista".

What is the attraction of SL, if you don't mind me asking?

Thanks

That's a reason, indeed, to switch to Vista ASAP [no smiley].
