Playing MP4s on Vista

My phone (a Windows Mobile device) records video in MP4 format - which I
can't play back on my Vista PC.

Is there a codec I can download to add to WMP to play these files? Or is
there another media player I can run under Vista?

One of the more bizarre decisions by MS. Their Pocket PC version of WMP
plays these files just fine. Why leave this codec out of Vista?

I am using on Vista64 RC1 and used it on Vista86 beta2. Others have
reported using it but not specifying the versions.

This is the one I have been using. If I recall, if you run the install as
administrator it goes in smoothly. If you just run it there is an error
loading something, but even there, I had no problems with the MP3 or MP4
that I use it for as well as the few DVD's I have played.
