Vista and network connection

After installing Vista I setup a netwerk (wizzard opens automaticly) but
where is the option to change the workgroup name? It would be fine if this
would be an option in the network-setup.

Control Panel-System and Maintenance-System.

It did take me a while to find it since I felt is should have been in the
Network and Sharing Center.
