Network printer

Network printers are NETWORK PRINTERS. Why did I have to instal a network
printer as a local printer? What genius thought that would be funny?

Then again a lot of cheap network printers are installed as a local printer
with an IP port, since they lack the hardware to be seen as an independent
network server.
