Vista and Access

I have a friend who has Vista and is attempting to open Access file but the
program will not open the file. Opens OK on XP but not vista. Thye have
been told there is a patch that is required. Any suggestions?

Post in an Access newsgroup rather than an Outlook newsgroup would be the
first suggestion. Second suggestion is for 'They' to talk to whoever told
them they need a patch as to where said patch is.
