Access 2002 and Vista

I have a friend who has Vista and is attempting to open Access file but the
program will not open the file. Opens OK on XP but not vista. They have
been told there is a patch that is required. Any suggestions?

yeah, MIcrosoft has a patch for Access Data Projects to work on Vista

call them up and ask for it; it's a hotfix

What is the error message? Or does it just refuse to open?
