Vista Activation

I have vista running on Intel Xeon 2.0 Ghz Processor and need to change
processor to Xeon 3.0 Ghz.
Will I have to reactivate Vista because of processor change?

If there is no change in the hal.dll I wouldn't think so. But even if you
do it should not be a biggie.
