Did you create a new profile? Do this from Control panel, Mail (under 32 bit
group).

If you installed outlook as part of a suite, open Word and run detect and
repair or go to Control panel, add/remove programs and reinstall/repair the
installation.

Hi Diane, thanks for the info, detect and repair did not work, so I will have
to reinstall if I can find my disc. I had this problem on another computer of
the same type and the info you gave me worked straight up. It is amazing.
Will be back if the reinstall does not work, so keep your thinking cap on.
Thanks again.

Hi Diane, well I installed MS Office Professional again, but the same problem
exsists. After uninstalling I restarted the computer and checked to see what
was n the office folder through the Appdata, local, microsoft, outlook, same
folders were still in there, Accounts, nothing in it, and extend.dat.
