I have 4 SATA drives(2x80, and 2x250) and they are both RAID 0 array. So I
Have 2 Drives c:winXP and G: where I'd like to install Vista64. My chipset is
Nforce4 and althougth i've tried so many times times I didn;t manage to
complete the installation cause the Setup couldn;t find any drives. i use the
latest beta drivers for the Raid Controller from Nvidia. Still nothing...
Any ideas?Thanks

I don’t have an answer for running Raid-0. I’m currently running Vista x64
on a Nvidia Raid-1 drive with Windows x64 in the other partition. The
overall test machine is a quad boot with Windows x86, x64, x64 Raid and
Vista x64, also I have a separate data drive for all needed files,
documents, downloads and drivers. When performing a boot installation the
raid drivers wouldn’t install since they weren’t signed and I couldn’t see
the Raid partitions for installation. I then booted into Windows x64,
inserted the Vista x64 DVD to perform the installation, the Raid partitions
were visible and the installation was successful. Under storage controllers
there is Nvidia Raid class controller and Nvidia serial ATA Raid controller,
the driver is 5.10.2600.667 dated 5/1/2006 and isn’t signed.
