Vista 5600 and MSI K8NGM2-FID Install?

Anyone get Vista to install on this motherboard? I can't get past
setup/continious reboot. I have been able to install Vista withe the same
discs and hardware, so I am pretty sure it's the onboard nic that's causing
the problem.
 
I have a K9NGM2-FID with Vista RC1 build 5600. Everything works really well,
especially Media Centre with a HD tuner. Fantastic, smooth HD with time
lapse
