The key combination for 3D Flip is CTRL+Windows logo key +TAB. Assuming
your mouse allows you to program key combinations for the wheel, then you
can program those in.

If you have a Microsoft Intellimouse, you can install the Intellipoint
software, which allows you to do this very easily by doing what the previous
poster said.

that is incorrect it's windows logo then tab, repeat while holding the
windows logo to change the window in the front
