3D Window switcher

I've lost my 3D window switcher?
Have tried "help" with no luck.
Any help?
 
Make sure that Windows Aero is running.

Right click the Desktop > click 'Personalize' > Themes > click in the Themes
list box and make sure that Windows Aero is select > click OK.
