Vist UI Pop up Boxes

A while ago I remember reading about something you can do to stop all of the
popups from coming up. Every time you want to do something such as
something in the control panel, a messagebox will popup asking you if you
really want to do this.

Any help here?
 
Right click the applications executable > click Properties > Security (tab)
check the box that says 'Run with Administrator priviledges'. Its not

recommended you disable UAC, you can but temporarily for things like
installing applications.
