Visio Objects in Word

I am refining a large document that includes numerous organizational trees as
objects. When I click on them to edit them I get a message:

The Server application, source file, or item can not be found.

I then installed Visio, some of them open so I can edit them, some do not.
Can anyone offer me an idea on how to remedy the problem? Thank you.

I have Symantec Corporate Edition Antivirus running on Outlook Express only,
no Office plug-in installed...any other ideas?

Symantec Corporate Edition does not have an Office Plugin, but if
an older version of Norton Antivirus was previously installed,
then the NAV Office Plugin .dll may be still be registered in
Windows, even if you have uninstalled the older version of
Norton. Search for an OFFICEAV.DLL file on the hard drive (be
sure to include system and hidden files/folders in the search
options). If you find it, note the folder where it is located,
and use the "regsvr32 /u" method described in KB329820 to
unregister the DLL.
