Visible Jpegs in email don't print

Using Windows 98 and Outlook 2000. JPEG within the email
text (like a logo) do not print.

I've forwarded the msg to Win XP/Outlook2000 and it prints
fine. I've also controlled for the printer.

The problem seems to stem from the computer running
Windows98/Outlook2000. There don't appear to be any
options to check. Could it be I need to download a certain
patch or something?
