Visible Email Addresses

Is there a way I can send one email to a distribution list or multiple
addresses entered manually and have only the individual recipient name be
visible to that person and not the entire list?

That would require a mail merge to electronic mail. Mail merges cannot use
DL's, but can use multiple Contacts.
Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as email merges.
