Could someone please explain how to best avoid viruses? I
have Norton AV and an auto update for the virus
definitions. Am I totally protected from viruses?

Hi Joel

If you have NAV configured properly you should be protected form viruses. Have a look in the NAV Help file to see if there is some kind of Tutorial you can go through.

You can't say that you are protected from viruses even you have NAV! Norton
sometimes only detects threat but couldn't delete or fix it; for example
Trozan Horse! Go to Symantec.com site and look for the extra protections.
