virus

Help! i have anti virus but i have 3 viruses that cannot be removed and i
have to delete them myself. It tells me to repair files in an archive but i
dont know how to open it/them. Im not a wizz on computers so any help would
be greatfully recieved. Thanks
 
What AV Application? WIthout further specifics, one can best recommend that
you look to the Help files and see how to delete files from the Archive.
