virus problems

I recently installed McAfee antivirus software. It found
the New Worm virus on two files, and couldn't clean or
quarantine them. Therefore, I had to delete them. As a
result, I can't run my MS Office products, and can't
launch several other app's.

If anyone knows how to fix this, I would be very
grateful. The two files I deleted were:

C:/WINDOWS/bwprwdip.exe

and

C:/WINDOWS/xyhyafuy.exe

You can try using Office's Detect-and-Repair. It's usually accessible from
the Help menu of any office app.
