virus found

I ran Symantec AntiVirus and received the following
message:

Event: Virus Found!
Virus name: Downloader.MSCache
File: C:\WINDOWS\cxgnwkmg.exe
Location: C:\WINDOWS

User: Owner
Action taken: Clean failed : Quarantine failed : Access
denied
Date found: Thursday, December 18, 2003 2:34:25 AM

Does anybody know that I should with this file?
