Virus Problems?

I received an email which says that my email has sent a
message to a different email account and it had a virus on
it. I never sent any emails and i received this email.
So i am guessing that my computer has a virus. The
following information was found on the email.


Queue ID: A9651B0938
Found virus Exploit.IFrame.FileDownload.
Attachment: message.scr
forbidden attachment
Found virus I-Worm.NetSky.q.

If i do have the virus, please inform me on how to remove
it.. Thanks =)

What happens is that worms infect a improperly protected computer and send out emails
to users using addresses in the address book as the source of the email. The same
happens to me also. If your virus scans with current definitions show your computer
to be clean and your computer seems to be working fine I would not worry too much
about it. Just be sure that your virus scan program scans ALL emails no matter who
they come from. --- Steve
