Can you tell me why after i have downloaded the patch and
worm removal tool, followed all instructions for getting
rid of msblast/ lovesan why does it show up a few times a
day telling me the virus/worm is in my
c:\systemsvolumeinformation\restore I can't find this
location, when I do a virus scan it shows nothing except
for in the history when I had the virus orignally.

Elaine;
System Volume Information is the System Restore data.
Turn off/on System Restore to delete corrupted files:
Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore.
Click System Restore Settings on left side.
Check "Turn off System Restore", click OK, follow prompts and reboot.
This deletes ALL Restore Points including corruption.
Then go back and turn on system Restore and create a Restore Point.
