unable to see Control panel unable to run control panel from the start
run , unable to get properties on network neighborhood, my computer
etc.
Unable to run liveupdate from norton.

Get the error "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions
in effect on this computer. ... in effect on this computer. Please
contact your system administrator."

Hosts file had alot of bogus entries in it, deleted it.
