My computor detects a virus

Grisoft identifies it

I-Worm/Opas

norton identifies as Download.Trojan

It cannot be deleted ,or healed
what shall I do now ? should I ignore?
any help should be appreciated

Sometimes when Grisoft AVG replies that it can't heal a virus (cannot perform
action) it has healed it already. If you are worried go to
http://vilnai.com/stinger or something close to that .It is with the Mcafee
AVERT standalone virus removal tools.Excellent to have. Ace

Hi
Almost everyminute there is a box popping up in my comp saying "virus been
detected" either from AVG or NORTON

regards

Danny,

Take a look at Symantec's web site. You should be able to find the
information on the specific virus at this link:

http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/vinfodb.html/

Hope this helps.

Kind Regards,

Boot into safe mode (F8) and run AV software. Make sure you have the latest
virus updates.

If your antivirus monitor is running in the background, and finds this
'Download.Trojan' in Temporary Internet Files folder while your surfing
in Internet -- you can not to bother: simplifying a little, this message
means that your antivirus has already blocked this file, that came with
the WEB page you are reading this moment.
