Still looking for help on system not booting up because of
insufficient Virtual Memory or File Page - anyone???

(Quick thought from non-expert)

If you can get into safe mode (pressing f8 while booting
up) and log on as an administrator you could then

Open System in Control Panel
On the Advanced Tab click Settings (in Performance
section)
In the Performance Options box click the Advanced Tab
Click Change to change Virtual Memory settings

Here you can change the size of your page file
(if you click on "custom size" and put the Initial size
and Maximum size BOTH to about twice your RAM size (eg
you've got 128MB then put 256 in each)then that may do
the trick)

Hope that helps
