virtual memory very low

whenever I open the system, particularly internet within 5 min I am getting
this threat message virtual memory very low. after that every thing is dead
slow. abd finnaly it hangs and I have to restart the computer. What is the
remedy?

In XP it usually increases the size of virtual memory but you can do this
yourself by right clicking on my computer and going into properties. From
there you click on the advanced tab and then the settings button under the
subtitle performance. Then another window comes up and you again click on
advanced and then from here you click on the change button under virtual
memory and increase it.

Your pagefile is too small. Let the system manage the pagefile size.
