Fiddling with the virtual memory is unlikely to improve IE browsing, unless
you have already fiddled with it and done something gross.
You really need to start by figuring out what is making IE slow; just
guessing that VM is the culprit is silly. More likely are: slow CPU,
not enough RAM, slow modem, slow ISP servers, bad phone lines, shared
cable that is over-subscribed, too many hops, and -- most common of
all -- bad expectations.
