"Virtual bouncer

HELP!!! I am having one helluva tinme this evening! An
install wizard suddenly appeared on my screen as I was
reading something online! I quickly said "no" to
installing whatever it was but it did it anyway. Now,
I'm receiving automatic pop-ups that cover my entire
screen and it's driving me crazy!!! Even when I'm NOT
online, just at my desktop, these pop-ups come on...what
is this??? I tried to find this "Virtual Bouncer" under
my programs to uninstall it but couldn't find it.

Please tell me what to do. I ran my Norton Anti-Virus
scan and it didn't show I had any infected files.
