Removing unwanted "Spy Bouncer" from my browser pg.??

Suddenly, this pc. of garbage has taken my browser pg.
captive...I cannot use it to get to things such as
goggle.com. It won't go away no matter what I do!!!!!!
This pc. of unwanted, unneeded crap is called "Spy
Bouncer". It will only allow you to install & run, which
is exactly what I don't want.
HELP...ASAP. WE'RE BEING HELD HOSTAGE BY A FOREIGN
BULLY!!!!!

Q: How do I uninstall SpyBouncer?
A: To uninstall Spy Bouncer please do the following:
1. Close Spy Bouncer if it is currently running
2. Go to your start button/programs & click SpyBouncer and then uninstall.
3. You can also Uninstall SpyBouncer from the Control Panel's Add/Remove
Programs utility.
Or you can manually delete the folder c:\program files\spybouncer.
