When i get mail it dosent have any pictures, only text. I have gone through
all tools and options. It displayes them when I go to forward though. What is
the fix????

Have you unchecked the option in Tools-->Options-->Security to "Block
images......." ?

Check that 'read all messages in plain text' is not selected at tools
menu>options>read tab.
