Forwarding picture attachments

Every time I have tried to forward an e-mail with a picture attachment a
window pops up and tells me SMTP not responding. I have never had this
problem when forwarding text only messages. NEWBIE!

That's not exactly what it says.
Right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
