I cannot view the TEXT BOX in the email message that I received in MSN
OUTLOOK 2003 SP2. Any suggestions?

What "text box" are you referring to? The body of the message? What
happens when you try? Do you get an error message?

Sorry, Ben...

The text box is inserted in the body of the message by the sender but does
not display when I open the email message.

Thanks,

Fox

And the e-mail message is in HTML format? Are you sure it's not white text
on a white background?

Why are they sending it to you in a text box rather than just regular text?

Thanks Ben,

I have been away for a few days. that's why I did not respond until now.

Yes to both questions. Note: The same message displays of another person's
computer, so I know that it's not as format problem.

Any more ideas?

Thanks again,

Fox

What version of Internet Explorer are you using? Why are they sending this
as a text box and not just regular text?

Ben,

I had accidentally associated .DOC file types with word Pad. After
restoring to Word 2003 everything now works fine. Sorry for the goose chase,
and thanks for your continued follow-up.

Maybe my solution will help others with similar TEXT problems.

Thanks again and Aloha!
