outlook is blanking out previously opened emails

When I open outlook with my msn account previously viewed and/or replied to
emails and previously sent emails are all blank. Can anyone help. The
messages aare still readble in hotmail but are blank in outlook.

If this were to happen to me, I'd remove the account, stop Outlook, delete the
OST, restart Outlook, and readd the account.

Same thing happening to me! Just started today, March 3 at around five
o'clock EST. In my inbox blocks of e-mails are blank -- they show the date,
but that's all. I can see them in Hotmail. Some of the blanked out e-mails
are "unread" and some are "read". I have blocks of e-mails that are fine
followed by blocks that are missing followed by blocks that are fine,...

I assume this is a problem at the Hotmail end and not at the individual' s.

How do we let them know that this problem exists?
