Outlook 2003 incoming email disclaimer issue

I have noticed few emails coming into our Exchange 2003 environment that
contain plain text email disclaimers embedded in the messages. When viewed
in Outlook 2003, the disclaimers contain no line breaks and are displayed as
a single long line, they print out in the same way also. However, the
disclaimers are displayed correctly with line breaks when viewed in Outlook
2007.

Couldn't find any settings in Outlook 2003 to correct this behavior, any
suggestions?

Is there an Infobar at the top of the message indicating that Outlook
removed line breaks?
If so, click on it to see your option.
