viewing margins in Word

I am having the exact problem as Milo in San Diego. It is......
"I like to work in "Print Layout" mode using the "Page Width" option so I can
see exactly how it's going to look. In 2003, though, the viewing cuts off my
top and bottom margins and showing me only a 10" ruler on the left side
instead of the 11" ruler with the margin parts in blue.

I know they are really there because they come back if I use print preview
or if I actually print, but I'd rather see them when I'm working. Right now,
it looks like the text is pushed up right against the top of the paper.

I need to know how to correct this in viewing the page on the screen. It
will print correctly, but it is the view that is the problem.

In Word, click on Tools | Options | View | check the "White space
between pages" box | OK.
