Viewing headers

In Outlook 2003, where can I view the headers of an email?
I don't just want to see "from", "recieved" etc, I want to see the
full path the email has taken.
If this is not possible is it possible to extract the information from
the PST files?
 
Right-click the message in the Inbox and choose Options. Or use the View |
Options command on an open message.
