viewing foreign language fonts(japanese, korean, chinese, etc.)

When I went to a japanese website, the explorer prompt me
to insert the windowsxp home edition cd so that japanese
fonts can be installed and be read. I can't find the cd
that time, so I unchecked the small box for it not to
display the message again. I already got office xp and
installed the global ime for xp(japanese) together with
the language pack, so the office works fine. I tried to
surf the net and go to the japanese website I went to
last time, but it only displays small square boxes,
meaning it can't read the font because it is not
installed. What should I do?
