Viewing file properties error - shmedia.dll

I'm trying to change the tags on some of my MP3's, but
when I select "properties" I get a Windows error, and it
says that shmedia.dll is the file causing the problem.
Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Is your computer upto date with all patches from Windows Update.

Nope, that doesn't look like the problem, I'll have to get
the specific error text next time it happens.... any other
ideas?

Hi Andrew,

Go to Start/Run/Regedit and navigate to this key: InProcServer32

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\CLSID\{87D62D94-
71B3-4b9a-9489-5FE6850DC73E}

Delete it and then try again.
