I have a database of about 1000 entries and I was looking
to see if Microsoft has a Access "viewer" program so that
I could put this database on a CD and the reports could be
viewed by anyone who does not have the Access program on
their computer.
 
No. There is a snapshot viewer built into ACCESS that allows the viewing of
reports that have been exported to "snapshot" view. The user must have the
viewer installed in order to view the reports.

Unfortunately, Microsoft has temporarily removed the download for the
snapshot viewer. It's expected to be back in operation at a future date.
