View Original Images

I have a dial up connection as a primary internet connection. I Use MSN
messenger as a primary internet service provider. Whenever i view images
anywhere anytime on the internet, they are blurry until i right click them
and click "View Original Image" then they are back to normal. I dont have
this probem when i connect to a high speed wireless connection! How can i
alter my settings so that it always views the original image?
 
In IE, Tools, Internet Options, Advanced, Multimedia section, check Show
pictures.

It sounds like you have a "web accelerator" running. Look at your MSN
software and disable this. These "web accelerators" give the illusion that
your dialup connection is faster by downloading less data; hence the blurry
pictures - you aren't getting all the data.
