View mail (again)

I have put a new link because as I had brought my problem to a close I did
not think it would be looked at. This morning when I looked at my mail,
after I have read all my messages and deleted any from the spam and junk
folders it still said there were 2 messages in my Inbox and they are not
visible. I clicked on unread mail to see who they were from, both of which
I normally receive mail from and the only way then I could find them was to
do a search, the advanced search tellling me they are in the inbox but I
cannot see them. This really is a problem and I don't know how to cure it.
Please can anyone help.

If you go into the Inbox folder and choose different views do the items ever
show up?
 
Hmmm, something else you might want to try...

You might want to use the /cleanviews command line switch to fix up any odd
view issues. Did we discuss this previously? I just realized you were the
same user that had odd view issues earlier. Some times it's hard to keep
track of names & issues.

Thank you for replying. Just tried expand/collapse groups and the message
appeared. If I leave it on that perhaps it will cure the problem ?
