how do i open mail which goes to spam

Just set up my new computer - the only mail i get is a daily spam report -
which i don't seem to be able to open any mail from. They do not go to the
junk mail floder, or indeed any other folder.

How do i get to see my mail?

How do i allow non junk mail to go to inbox?

The spam report, if thats what it is, would be either from your Anti
Virus/spam application, that you have chosen to intergrate with outlook, or
from your ISP if it has spam filtering.

Outlook uses a Junk Mail Folder, if you have a Spam folder then you have a
third part solution that is intergrated with Outlook & usually there is a
'Spam' tool bar option for configuring specific mail as spam or not as the
case may be.
