View is rotated 90 degree to right

Look under the Monitor properties, settings tab -> advanced.

Could also be a program running in your systray that manages this.

control panel, display, settings, advanced
There is likely a rotation setting somewhere in the graphics area.
With my Intel it's in Intel Extreme graphics, graphics properties.
