View in word 2003

[GTW]

a short time ago I was doing a project in word, and now while viewing a blank
page in "print layout" I no longer see the top or bottom magin on the ruler
to the left. I would like to have them back, however I cannot seem to get
them to show.

When I open up a document, I created in the past the margins show as they
always did. I would like that view back. Cna you PLEASE help?
