view format for received emails

ALL received emails are in "plain text", even ones I know are sent has either
RTF or HTML. How do I get Outlook 2003 to allow viewing in the sender's
format? I am missing out on fonts, colors, etc.

Check under Tools->Options to see if you set all mail to be read as plain
text.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.
