View differnet workgroup by using My network Places

I have insttaled Windows 2003 Ent Edition server in our organization. In our
organization there are three building having IP address with different
subnet. i have installed DNS and Wins. I have facing one problem that all
workgroup on different subnet are not seen when i am using My network places.

Any one give me solution or setting so that i can see different workgroup
and different computer name which are in different subnet.

well, thats the basics of tcp/ip. You can only "see" computers in your
subnet.
Any one give me solution or setting so that i can see different workgroup
and different computer name which are in different subnet.

two possibilities:
- set up a router, which has an ip adress in each subnet, and routes
between them

- give our host an ip adress in each subnet
