Remote Workgroup in Microsoft Windows Networking

What I want is to see the Remote Workgroup in My Network Places, be
able to browse it from Microsoft Windows Networking. Without using
WINS server or Domain.

Ok so here is the situation:

Two seperate subnets at two different locations. VPN connection is
setup between the two sites. Both locations are using workgroups only
and are different. I can ping any computer by IP address. Also if I
enter the UNC in the Address field of Microsoft Windows Networking eg.
\\PCTERM33 I connect no problem.

Workgroups are not subnet aware. If you have connectivity consider yourself
lucky. The Network places only show your local Segment. In order to cross
Segments you will a domain on both side and WINS typically.
