View bInterfaceSubClass and SCSI inquiry data from USB MSC device

Is there an easy way to view the values of bInterfaceSubClass and SCSI
inquiry data from a USB MSC (mass storage class) device, under Windows
2000?

bInterfaceSubClass is visible from
Device Manager->Device properties
under Windows XP, but that information tab is not available under W2K.
