I want to setup a video server usinf windows 2000.
It need to take 8 carma anaology and caputer video to its hard drive. What
pic card and software that will allow me to do this?

Thanks

Have seen some huge monster card with processor(s?) and Philips chipset on
it, having 4 analog BNU input ports. Don't know whether it works well when
more than 1 card are inserted, or whether there is a 8-ports model. In case
doing capture via these card, usually it will make use of its own software,
or manufacturer will provide SDK for you to write application to drive the
card.

You can do a search in Google using the following keyboard "video capture 8
ports", you may found some solutions.

Another point you need to consider should be a fast disk array and the hugh
file size, file buffer.
